We provide specialist property advice to a range of private land owning clients, companies and charities. Our two main work streams are development advice and rural business consultancy.
We operate from two farm based offices in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. We like to think that we take a fresh and energetic approach to looking after our clients- the long-term relationships with our customers coupled with the value of the work that we are advising upon means that it is important to us that we understand their needs and look for the optimum solutions relevant to their individual situations.
Both directors own their own farms and have experience in the running, renovation and development of new opportunities thereon- not only in terms of financial advancement but also improving the environmental biodiversity of their land. Our aim is to leave the land in a better condition for the next generation, with a strong economic base from a diverse income stream.
Almost all of our work comes about through recommendations from existing clients or solicitors that we have worked with on other projects. We strive to keep our clients informed about their project throughout its course, with both the good and bad news, so that they feel confident that their business is safe in our hands and being progressed in a timely manner.
